The proprietor, Jennie Lock is a dietician, and has introduced into the
menu the Special Diet Dishes for guests
allergic to wheat and gluten Coeliacs as
well as eggs, milk and nuts. Since each dish uses fresh local
ingredients, it can be tailored to the specific need of the individual.
