The complex includes an 11 metre indoor covered swimming pool with hydrotherapy jet stream to aid healing and strengthen muscles.

The pool is fully equipped with easy access for all, including wheelchair users and those with knee or hip replacements. Our hand operated hoist allows all people to enter the water with safety and comfort, and after swimming to be raised to the pool side. (There must be a helper/carer at all times.)

Hot tub, sauna and a mini gym with exercise facilities.

Changing facilities with lockers - Full access, with 1.2 metre turning space, in the showers. Hair dryer and toilet facilities.

Large relax area for instruction and lecturing.

Beverage unit serving hot and cold drinks and soups.

To use the pool you must have a membership. There are a range of memberships available ranging from once only to monthly, 3 month, 6 month and year long memberships.
